Mission Statement

The Middle of the Journey is about the seasons of life, the shifting priorities that come with age. As the seasons change, so do the priorities. We all want to live a balanced, fit, and contented life, and you will find ways of achieving that life in this blog. I write about the joys and struggles of mid-life, focusing on my experience with breast cancer. I do this to provide support, encouragement, and comfort to those facing similar challenges.
